Pet Waste Removal Agreement
This agreement is effective from __________ to ________ and is between Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services and
_____________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “client”) located at

This agreement constitutes permission to enter above address and perform waste removal duties on said property.
Any changes to this agreement must be done so in writing or they will be null and void. Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services has the right to make any changes to this agreement at will and without notice. With any changes, a new agreement will be presented before any new services are rendered.

*In the event of a returned check, the client must pay the entire invoice and a $30 fee promptly via cash or money order only.
Invoices emailed/mailed out on the 20th prior to the month of service. To make sure service is uninterrupted please remit payment on or before the 1st of the month. Let us know if you prefer your billed mailed to you rather than emailed.
*This agreement will remain valid for future service, with the exception of any agreed on changes in services, fees, visits and times.

In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services.
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services and its employees agree to provide services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services.vShadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services will work with most animals in the yard; however we will not work around aggressive animals. If we can not access your yard because of an aggressive animal, you will still be charged for the visit.

Business PoliciesvIf we are entering your home, Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services prefers that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning. If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.

Cancellation Policy:vCancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premise.
