Pet Waste Removal Agreement
This agreement is effective from __________ to ________ and is between Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services and
_____________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “client”) located at
____________________________________________________________________________.
This agreement constitutes permission to enter above address and perform waste removal duties on said property.
Any changes to this agreement must be done so in writing or they will be null and void. Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services has the right to make any changes to this agreement at will and without notice. With any changes, a new agreement will be presented before any new services are rendered.

*In the event of a returned check, the client must pay the entire invoice and a $30 fee promptly via cash or money order only.
Invoices emailed/mailed out on the 20th prior to the month of service. To make sure service is uninterrupted please remit payment on or before the 1st of the month. Let us know if you prefer your billed mailed to you rather than emailed.
*This agreement will remain valid for future service, with the exception of any agreed on changes in services, fees, visits and times.
Policies and Procedures
The client Agrees to the Following:
1.
Liability Policies:

Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services and its employees agree to provide services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services.

Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services will work with most animals in the yard; however we will not work around aggressive animals. If we can not access your yard because of an aggressive animal, you will still be charged for the visit.

Please be sure the gate is free of any obstructions (i.e. snow or lawn furniture) and is unlocked. If we can not access your yard, you will still be charged for the visit.

Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services agrees to disinfect all boots and tools after each visit to guarantee a safe environment for you and your animal.
v
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services will double bag all waste and will place it in your trash can.
v
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services is not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object or cage.
2.
Business Policies
v
If we are entering your home, Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services prefers that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning. If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.
v
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential. Locksmith fees are paid only if Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services misplaces the keys.
v
Rates are subject to change as the condition of your property changes or there is an addition to your pet family.
v
A notice will be left behind to show we have been on your property.
3.
Cancellation Policy:
v
Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premise.

Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
4.
Business Hours/Holidays/Weather:

Waste Collection Hours: FALL - WINTER M-F: 7:00am - 5:00pm Sat-Sun Appointment Only Additional Fee

Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services does not accept time specific calls as we can not guarantee specific times accurately. We reserve the right to cancel scheduled cleanings due to inclement weather.

Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services does not do holiday visits. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, 





Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services will call to reschedule. Please inform us if your animal will be boarded and will not require us to visit your property. Failure to notify us will result in a chargeable visit.
5.
Bad Check Policy: A $30 fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash or money order only.
6.
Payment Arrangement: There will be a 10% finance fee added on for payments later than 15 days late and accrued monthly. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made.
7.
Guarantee Policy: Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If, within 24 hours, you are not satisfied, Shadow & Marty’s Puppy Pantry & Services will come return for no additional charge.

Either party can terminate services at any time by providing at least 2 days notice.
All past due payments must be paid immediately.
