This agreement is in effect from the day that you sign up until your 48 hour cancellation notice and is between the client located at the address listed and Shadow & Marty's Pet Care Services. This agreement constitutes permission to enter above address and perform poop scoop duties on said property.


POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

The client Agrees to the Following:

1. Liability Policies:
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services and its employees agree to provide services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives any and all claims against Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services or its employees, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services.

Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services will work with most animals in the yard; however we will not work around aggressive animals. If we cannot access your yard because of an aggressive animal, you will still be charged for the visit.
Please be sure the gate is free of any obstructions (i.e. snow or lawn furniture) and is unlocked. If we cannot access your yard, you will still be charged for the visit.
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services agrees to disinfect all shoes and tools after each visit to guarantee a safe environment for you and your animal.
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services will bag all waste and will place it in your trashcan.
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services is not responsible for damage incurred by the improper installation of any object or cage.

2. Business Policies
If we are entering your home, Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services prefers that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning. If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential. Locksmith fees are paid only if Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services misplaces the keys.
Rates are subject to change as the condition of your property changes or there is an addition to your pet family and during economic price increases.
A notice will be left behind to show we have been on your property if you desire.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service or full-cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premise.
Shadow & Marty’s Per Care Services reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.

4. Business Hours/Holidays/Weather:
Scooping service hours fall between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and services are usually completed during this time.
Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services does not accept time specific calls as we cannot guarantee specific times accurately. We reserve the right to cancel scheduled cleanings due to inclement weather.
Shadow & Marty’s Per Care Services does not make holiday visits. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, Shadow & Marty’s Per Care Services will pick up either the day before or after unless the next day falls on the weekend. Please inform us if your animal will be boarded and will not require us to visit your property. Failure to notify us will result in a chargeable visit.

5. Bad Check Policy: A $35 fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash, money order or credit card.

6. Payments: We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made. Invoices sent 15th and due by the last day of month prior. (Example: March services will be billed on Feb 15th and need to be paid before Feb 28 to guarantee continuing service.) If payment is not received by the end of the month a late fee will be charged or services will be discontinued until full payment is received.

7. Guarantee Policy: Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If, within 24 hours, you are not satisfied, Shadow & Marty’s Pet Care Services will return for no additional charge.

By submitting the online form the client fully understands and agrees to the contents of this agreement:
Either party can terminate services at any time by providing at least 2 days notice. All past due payments must be paid immediately.
