3 hour time window required to make visits
AM visits are between 7AM-10AM
Mid-Day visits are between 11AM-3PM
Early Evening visits are between 5PM-7PM
Late Evening visits 7PM-9PM
After/Before Hours visits 9PM-7AM all visits are $25.00 for 20-30 min visit
$10 Quick Visits* done between the hours of 10AM-5PM (10 min visit)
*Quick Visits are done in Plano, Frisco and Austin Ranch
Overnight visits 9PM-7AM

We will return your calls and emails in between pet visits.
Please note: Two or more weeks notice is preferred for pet care service requests. With less than 1 week's notice, please understand there may be a small last minute fee added to your bill to rearrange our schedules especially during Holidays.
If you do have a last minute request, please still make the request via the online form, regardless of how soon you need service.
