Christmas & Thanksgiving Policies

HOLIDAYS

Please note the holidays are our busiest time of the year.

We begin our schedules far in advance to assure all of the visits are covered.

For Thanksgiving holiday pet care services:

All reservation requests made after 10/16, will incur an one time fee of $10 schedule rearranging fee.

All reservation requests made after 10/31, will incur an one time fee of $20 fee.

All reservation requests made after 11/1, will incur an one time fee of $30 fee, if we are available

All reservation requests made after 11/15, will incur an one time fee of $40 fee, if we are available.

For the Christmas & New Year's  holidays:

All reservation requests made after 11/16, will incur a $10 schedule rearranging fee.

All reservation requests made after 12/1, will incur a $20 fee.

All reservation requests made after 12/7, will incur a $30 fee, if  available.

All reservation requests made after 12/14, will incur a $40 fee, if available.

Cancellations during Holidays:

0-72 hours prior to any holiday service: Payment for 3 full days required

72+ hours prior to any service: No penalties & leftover visits will be credited toward future trip

There are no refunds if you return early from your trip, since we have already scheduled this time for you. However, we can either continue the job or issue a credit for future use. Credits are valid for one year from the date of issue.
